How much is a Port-O-John Rental, and for how long?
We have a variety of choices & styles.
Prices start from a Basic Unit @ $180 each
You can rent from a Day to a Year
Rentals for under a month need to be paid at time of Booking - the Office is able to take Credit Cards on a Secure system - just give Jack a TEXT

Rentals for over a Month is paid Monthly - within 15 days before next billing.
Credit Card is required to be held on File for extended Rentals.
A 1.5% Roll-over Interest charge is applied for unpaid accounts exceeding a 28 day period.

** Minimum Delivery per Unit/Site distance is currently at $35 if under 10 miles $40 if 10 plus - $50 if 20 miles plus - Max is $75 if over 50 miles
** We deliver Units from Monday to Thursday - Advance Bookings
** Deliveries on a Friday for a Weekend is charged at $60 minimum
** Weekly Servicing per Site is currently at $80.00
** Damages to the Unit are charged on the cost of Repair

** EMERGENCY Call out charges can start at $175 - up to $250 which includes 1/2 hr Travel & 1/2 hr Labor
This does NOT include the cost of additional Labor or the use of any equipment undertaken to expediate the Repair.
We will discuss Extras as they occur - all attempts to get things working properly is the main goal.

We are more than happy to come over to the site - look at what you have got going and advise.
A Quote can be created based on CURRENT Prices at hand - this is however a forever changing market, prices will change...any increase will be advised prior to actual start of Project.
What is your Septic Pump Disposal Cost? What other Expenses can I expect?
What is your Septic Pump Disposal Cost? What other Expenses can I expect?
Basic start Pump price begins at $260 for up to a 500 Gallon Tank.
Exceeding that ratio - we then charge at .30c/.35c a Gallon.
Example: 1000 Gallon Tank = $300
Extra Tank Run Time over the 1st Hour is charged at $100
Labor after the 1st hour - $85
We advise that all systems are backflush: $20 per EACH action
Sand-mound Pump price starts from $395 - Up to 1350 Gallons
Extra Hose over 100 feet is $20 per Link connection
Locate & Find - $250 - IF the where about of the Tank is unclear or unknown, then we may have to use extra equipment to find it.
Hand Dig Out - $120 per hour
3/8 Cable Machine 1st Hour of Equipment use - $250
Every hour after - $165
Bringing in Heavy Equipment - CX37 Case Machine
- TR240B - Scoop
> On site delivery - $250
> H/E Labor - $120 per hour
- any other Extra charges will be advised on site.
SERVICE CALL During Working Hours (9am to 5pm) - $175 which includes 1/2 hr Travel & 1/2 hr Labor
